Elisha is an experienced Speech Pathologist who works with children and young people across a broad range of communication needs. She completed a Graduate Entry Masters in Speech Pathology at Curtin University, having first qualified as a Registered Nurse — a background that shapes the practical, family-centred way she approaches therapy. Elisha has worked across NDIS, Medicare and privately funded services, and enjoys the assessment side of the role as much as the therapy, particularly dynamic assessment and early intervention. She is trained in Hanen More Than Words, PROMPT, and the Meaningful Speech approach to Gestalt Language Processing and Natural Language Acquisition, and is currently building her practice in AAC. Elisha is well versed in designing home practice that families can realistically use, and for keeping parents and teachers closely involved throughout.

Originally from the United States, Derek completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2009 before spending several years teaching English in China. He moved to Perth in 2014 to complete his Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy at Curtin University and has called Western Australia home ever since. Beth has a particular interest in driver assessment and rehabilitation, psychosocial disability as well as incorporating Dialectical Behaviour Therapy strategies into her practice where appropriate. Her approach focuses on finding creative and engaging ways to support participants to build skills, confidence, and independence. Beth believes that the best outcomes come from working collaboratively with participants and their support networks to create therapy that is both practical and enjoyable. Outside of work, she's a proud cat owner and loves spending time with her cat, Sunny.
