Isaac is an experienced person-centred Occupational Therapist that has worked across the NDIS and alongside the Neuro Rehab program at Brightwater Oats St over the past 6-years. Isaac adopts a holistic approach to therapy and thrives working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that his client’s achieve their goals and improved quality of life. In his spare time, he enjoys being active, playing video games and spending time with his friends and family.

Isaac is passionate about completing functional capacity assessments to ensure individuals receive what they need out of their NDIS plans. Additionally, he is experienced with housing assessments and assisting life stage transitions, neurological rehabilitation and assistive technology.

Caitlin has worked as an Occupational Therapist over the past 6-years across a variety of practice areas with 5-years of experience working across the NDIS space. Caitlin is experienced working alongside individuals with acquired or progressive neurological disability, autism, and physical & intellectual disabilities. She is a highly motivated and compassionate occupational therapist with a passion for promoting occupational engagement to support skill acquisition to help individuals reach their goals.

Caitlin has an interest in completing functional capacity assessments, working with participants through the exploration, trial and application for assistive technology (wheelchairs in particular!), day-to-day life skills training and Specialised Disability Accommodation assessments.

Luke is an approachable and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist and Clinical Lead in Assistive Technology, with a passion for working with complex physical disability and assistive technology (access tech and gaming). Luke is also an experienced generalist OT and services clients through their lifespan (ages of 6-65yo). Luke has extensive experience delivering services under NDIS funding and supporting the From Hospital to Home (FH2H) Program at Ability WA. Luke highly values a client-centred and holistic approach.

Areas of interest: Functional Capacity Assessments, Home and Living Exploration (ILO, SIL and SDA), Report Writing, Complex Assistive Technology (Access Tech, Gaming and etc), and everyday capacity building.

Location: Winthrop

Taleisha is an Occupational therapist with 6 years clinical experience in a variety of practice settings across Australia and the UK. Taleisha previously worked at Brightwater Oats St where she developed a passion for neurological rehabilitation, and has followed this up working locum roles within the NHS (UK). She has worked with a diverse caseload, including government funded hospitals, aged care facilities and NDIS community based clients in remote locations. 

Areas of interest: Functional neurological rehabilitation across the lifespan, ADL capacity building, and Assistive Technology.

Location: Southern River

Brendon is an experienced and passionate Occupational Therapist that has worked in fast paced environments within Vocational Rehab and NDIS. Brendon has developed a passion

for psychosocial/mental health and assistive technology whilst working with his diverse caseload at Super You Therapy. Brendon is a critical thinker, great problem solver and

comprehensive report writer that works hard to achieve client outcomes.

Location: Canning Vale

Shalom is a detail orientated and experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for working as a generalist OT and servicing clients through their lifespan (ages of 3-65yo). Shalom has experience delivering services under private, HCP and NDIS funding. She is adaptable with managing a wide range of conditions, whilst still maintaining an individualised, analytical and holistic approach in achieving client outcomes.

Areas of interest: Functional Capacity Assessments, Home and Living Exploration (ILO, SIL and SDA), Report Writing, Assistive Technology, everyday capacity building and Paeds specific interventions (fine motor skills, handwriting, sensory and emotional regulation).

Hasnain is a detail-oriented Occupational Therapist with a passion for generalist practice, supporting clients across the lifespan (ages 3 to 65). He has a particular interest in psychosocial disability, pediatrics, and assisting clients with equipment prescription and everyday capacity building.

Bringing a wealth of lived experience, Hasnain previously worked as a medical doctor in Pakistan before relocating to Australia to pursue a career in Occupational Therapy. His clinical approach is grounded in empathy, precision, and holistic care, enabling him to connect meaningfully with clients from diverse backgrounds and identities. Hasnain is passionate about working with Children, People of LGBTQIA+ community.

Location: Rivervale / Bibra Lake

Mason is a passionate and personable Occupational Therapist with experience and a keen interest in Paediatrics/Early Childhood Intervention, grounded in strong rapport with children and families. With experience across private and NDIS funding, Mason endeavours to support people of all ages to thrive across self-care, leisure and productive or learner occupations. 

Using a strengths-based approach to keep therapy engaging and motivating for all involved. Mason enjoys playing soccer, likes to get outdoors with friends, and play video games in his spare time.

Areas of interest: Paediatric skill building (toileting, fine motor skills, handwriting, sensory and emotional regulation), everyday capacity building in transition to adulthood and across the lifespan (routines-building, meal preparation and execution, building social confidence and sense of self), Functional Capacity Assessments, and Assistive Technology.

Rebecca is an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist with over eight years of clinical experience across Community Rehab, Complex Home and Living Assessments, Driving Rehabilitation and Vocational Rehab. She is passionate about empowering individuals to regain independence, achieve functional outcomes, and build confidence in their everyday lives. 

Rebecca has extensive expertise in supporting adults with neurological and psychosocial conditions, using both person-centred and family-centred approaches to deliver tailored, evidence-based interventions. Her calm professionalism and compassionate care are hallmarks of her practice.

As a certified Driver Trained Occupational Therapist, Rebecca offers advanced skills in fitness-to-drive assessments and vehicle modification recommendations, ensuring safety and accessibility for clients navigating driving-related challenges.

Areas of Interest: Neurological (stroke, TBI, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, MS), Young adults and transition-to-work programs,  Functional capacity and housing assessments (FCA, ILO/SIL and SDA), Complex assistive technology and pressure care management, OT Driving Assessments (OTDA) and vehicle modifications.

Derek is a caring and experienced occupational therapist who is passionate about helping people live safely and independently in their own homes. He specialises in Complex Home Modifications and takes a practical, person-centred approach to supporting clients and their families through every stage of the process.

Originally from the United States, Derek completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2009 before spending several years teaching English in China. He moved to Perth in 2014 to complete his Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy at Curtin University and has called Western Australia home ever since. Over the past six years, Derek has focused his work within the NDIS space, supporting people of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. In 2022, he completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Access Consulting to further strengthen his knowledge in accessibility and inclusive design.

Outside of work, Derek enjoys staying active through basketball, badminton, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He also loves gardening, taking his dogs for walks, and exploring Western Australia with his wife - whether that’s camping, hiking, or discovering new places around the state.

Sophie is an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist, working in the paediatric space over the last 6 years in Perth and London. Sophie has experience working with young people between the ages of 2-17 with various presentations and diagnoses, including Autism, ADHD, and Global Developmental Delay. She has worked across various settings including private practice, mainstream schools and schools of special education needs. 

Sophie is a dynamic therapist who couples fun, play-based therapy with a high level of clinical expertise. She is passionate about using a family-centred approach to build skills and rapport with young people, whilst educating caregivers and other key stakeholders to ensure best therapeutic outcomes.

Areas of interest: Early years assessment and intervention, building rapport and therapeutic relationships with families, everyday capacity building to support independence, providing training and education to caregivers, school staff and other key stakeholders.
